Dr. Fan received a B.S. in Plant Pathology and continued to earn a M.S. from Cornell University. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) from the University of Michigan and completed a General Practice Residency program at Ohio State University Hospital. Dr. Fan has practiced in the Columbus area for several years before opening her private practice - Dublin Family Dental in 2008. She also served as an Implant Prosthodontic Fellow at Ohio State University Implant Clinic from 2007-2009.
Dr. Fan has practiced dentistry for over decades. She has focused her professional career on providing her patients with the highest quality and state-of-the-art technology for dental care. She constantly participates in continuing education courses to stay at the front edge of new technological advances in Dentistry and oral health care. Some of her specialized and advanced trainings include certificates in Implants, Orthodontics, Invisalign and Cerec system. Dr. Fan has a down-to-earth compassionate personality and skilled gentle touch that gives warmth and comfort to her patients.
Dr. Fan is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Columbus Dental Society.
Dr. Kato-Kelly is a Dublin native and earned both her B.S. in Molecular Genetics and Japanese and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University. She graduated at the top of her dental class and was inducted into the Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Kato-Kelly is passionate about serving her patients and is committed to their oral health goals. She is a current member of the American Dental Association and the Ohio Dental Association and is fluent in Japanese.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kato-Kelly enjoys skiing, baking, playing video games, and traveling with her husband Kyuzo.
Tanny has been working with Dr. Fan since 2004. She always greets our patients with a warm, friendly smile. Our patients always appreciate her dedication and assistance with understanding their dental treatment, financial responsibility and dental insurance coverage. She shares in our practice vision and passion for providing outstanding patient care.

Carrie is originally from Illinois and moved to Ohio in 1992. She has three children. Her oldest daughter followed her mother's footsteps in the dental field, and her two sons' are in college. She has worked in the dental field for 20 years. When not at work, Carrie enojoys spending time with family and her two dogs, bonfires with friends, and watching football. (Go Bears!)
Nicole grew up in Columbus, Ohio. Graduated from Columbus State Community College. Being a dental hygienist has always been a passion of hers. She enjoys meeting all of our patients and making their day a little brighter. When not at work she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her favorite hobby is reading and there is nothing better than retail therapy shopping.
Heather recently joined the practice after moving to our new location. Heather graduated from Fort Hayes Metropolitan Center as a dental assistant in 2002. Heather is very passionate about taking care of her patients by making them feel at ease. One of her greatest joys is making people smile in one form or another.
Heather enjoys reading books, playing board games, outdoor activities, from football to ice skating, amusement parks, nature walks, traveling and playing with her two dogs. She has a home in Blacklick, with her daughter, finance and step daughter, where you can find them together enjoying all the above.
Mallory is from Marysville, Ohio. She has also lived in Japan, so she can speak some Japanese. She graduated from First Impressions dental assisting school in Powell, Ohio in 2018. She plans on furthering her education to become an EFDA in the near future. Mallory loves working in the dental field and looks forward to learning new things every day. In her free time, Mallory enjoys running/working out, doing puzzles, hanging with friends and family, and enjoying activities outside such as kayaking, hiking and biking.
